As HJF Optical grew, Henry's son John saw an opportunity to expand the repressing business to offer glass blank machining as well. In 1994 they came to an agreement with longtime associates, Tony Marino and Henry Louis. Tony came from an optical testing and fabrication background, and as president brought the experience needed to grow the business. John would be vice president, Henry Louis would be sales manager, and Henry Fischer would stay on to aid in the company growth. The company name was changed to Advanced Glass Industries to encompass the wider range of services offered. Since then, Advanced Glass Industries' size and capabilities have steadily evolved. Our progress is thanks to you, our loyal customers, and our very hard working and dedicated workforce. Our goal is to to continue to grow and serve our customers to our fullest ability.
